Recording training and competency

Having regard to the hazards and risks associated with Project work activities, Lobel Events ensures all employees are trained and competent to perform all tasks in a way that is safe and does not adversely impact on themselves, others or the environment. 

We have developed a proforma Events Training and Competency Register (shown below). The register is maintained to detail the skills and competencies of our employees and will form the basis of a Training Matrix that records employees' competency and qualified to undertake Project work activities.
