Identifying potential hazards

The two-part proforma Events Hazard Categories worksheet shown below lists the categories of potential hazards that Lobel Events typically encounters. We use this to inform our Events Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for each Project that we undertake. For each Project, we identify the relevant hazards and address these within the SWMS for that Project.
